INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no chunks of dates remain.
NOTES:
Options:
*To make this chocolatey, blend in cacao powder.
*If you would like this smoothie sweeter, you can add a drizzle of maple syrup to the blender
