20 Ghanaian women to be selected for tech start-up

An incubator company Innohub is organizing a six months training programme to sharpen the entrepreneurial skills of young females in the country.

Dubbed the “Innovative female-led tech start-up” programme, the organisers will provide the requisite tools and assistance for selected candidates.

A statement issued by the organizers said “only 20 Ghanaian early stage startups, with team members, a maximum of two who should be between 20-30 years will be selected to take part in the training programme.

“The interested individual or team must have an idea that could make use of an innovative technology solution with the potential for growth,” the statement added.

Applicants are expected to apply through www.innohub.com.gh/flab on or before January 15, 2019.

The programme is in conjunction with GIZ, the German government support programme.
